This interior wood veneer door combines natural walnut veneer with a clean horizontal grain arrangement and three evenly spaced metal inlays. The semi-crown walnut veneer creates a distinctive natural grain pattern across the door surface, while the horizontal metal inlays add a subtle contemporary detail.

The door uses a solid fir wood border frame with a hollow core particle board construction, covered on both sides with plywood and natural walnut veneer. The complete door, including the frame and architrave, can be customized in dimensions, veneer, finish and hardware according to project requirements.

Door Construction

The 45 mm door leaf is constructed with a solid fir wood border frame and hollow core particle board. A 5 mm plywood layer is applied to both sides and finished with 0.5 mm natural walnut veneer.

The door surface uses semi-crown walnut veneer arranged with a horizontal grain direction. Three metal inlays are positioned horizontally across the door at equal distances, creating a consistent geometric detail within the natural walnut surface.

The door edges are finished with solid oak lipping, with matching veneer edging available as an option. The door jamb is constructed from solid blockboard with matching walnut veneer and a sealer gasket. The architrave is made from plywood with matching walnut veneer.

Natural walnut veneer gives the door its warm colour and distinctive semi-crown grain pattern. The horizontal grain arrangement creates a continuous visual direction across the door leaf, while the three metal inlays introduce a contrasting architectural detail.

The standard opening system is hinged with 304 stainless steel butt hinges. Handles, locks and other hardware can be selected according to the project requirements.

Hardware preparation can be coordinated during production, allowing the required positions and dimensions for locks, hinges and handles to be machined into the door leaf and frame.
