Design And

Sales Contract

Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, our company’s design team will create a custom hinged doors closet design. We will send you the design in 2D or 3D drawings. Along the design, materials information, a quotation and cost breakdowns will be sent. If you have your own design, we will send you a quotation after clarifying all requirements with you. Once the final design and pricing is reviewed and approved, a sales contract will be signed.

Manufacturing And Delivery

With the order finalized and measurements confirmed, the manufacturing process begins. It usually takes us around 30 to 45 days to finish production. When the production is finished and all the quality inspection has been conducted during and after production, the finished product will be packaged and shipped to you.

Solid Wood With Paint Or Stain Finish

Solid wood is a popular and versatile material for wardrobes. The Wardrobe can be constructed entirely from natural solid wood, or in combination with engineered wood with natural veneer carcass.  It offers a classic and timeless look and can be crafted from various types of wood such as oak, pine, maple or walnut. Wood wardrobes are known for their durability, strength, and natural beauty. They can be finished in different stains or paints to match different interior styles.

Engineered Wood With Natural Veneer

These stable and durable engineered woods are typically plywood or medium density fiberboard (MDF) with natural wood veneer, providing the authentic appearance and texture of natural wood in a more cost-effective way compared to solid wood. They can be finished in different stains or paints to match different interior styles.

The painted engineered MDF wood is mainly used for the wardrobe door panels in combination with melamine laminated engineered wood for the cabinet body. Available in a wide range of colors and finishes like matt or high-gloss paint for different looks. Choose between flat surfaces for a contemporary look, or with raised panels to create a traditional and elegant aesthetic.

Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) With Paint Finish

The engineered wooden panels are stable materials with smooth and uniform surface with melamine thermally fused laminate finish. The finish can mimic the look of wood, or can be solid colors for a modern look. Melamine Laminated surfaces are durable, easy to clean, and resistant to moisture and stains. Wardrobes made with these materials are Budget-friendly which makes them the preferred materials for cabinets making.

Hinged aluminum-framed glass doors are often incorporated into a wardrobe, providing a modern and transparent look. The glass can be clear, frosted, or tinted for privacy. Mirrored panels may also be integrated into aluminum-framed doors, adding functionality as full-length mirrors while maintaining a contemporary appearance.

Thermofoil Laminated Finish:

Thermofoil is a type of vinyl material that is heated and molded by vacuum-sealing onto engineered wood substrate, typically medium-density fiberboard (MDF), to create a smooth, seamless, attractive and durable  surface. Available in a vast array of solid modern colors, to wood patterns and textures, and can be molded into flat surfaces for a contemporary look, or with raised panels to create a traditional and elegant aesthetic.

U-shape (Walk-in Closet):

Designed to incorporate three sections arranged in the shape of the letter "U" providing ample storage and is often chosen for larger rooms with more available space, or made into a walk-in closet.

Freestanding:

A freestanding hinged wardrobe is a standalone piece of furniture designed for clothing storage. Versatile, affordable, easy to install, and unlike built-in or fitted wardrobes, freestanding wardrobes are movable and can be placed anywhere in a room without requiring attachment to the walls or floor. Floor-to-ceiling freestanding wardrobes is possible for maximum storage utilization. 

L-shape (Corner):

Designed to make efficient use of corner spaces in a room, maximizing storage capacity while minimizing wasted space. Can be installed as a freestanding wardrobe or as a built-in closet.

Built-in:

A closet or storage unit that is custom-designed and installed to fit seamlessly into a specific space within a room. They are integrated into the structure of the room and are typically affixed to the walls, floor, and ceiling. Built-in wardrobes typically extend from floor to ceiling, optimizing vertical space and providing ample storage without wasting valuable square footage.
