Ordering Process
The ordering process for a hinged wardrobes typically involves several steps to ensure that the design, material selection, customization and delivery meet your specific needs. Here's a general outline of the ordering process:
Initial Contact And
Consultation
whether you are a home owner, or a builder, contact us to discuss your requirements, space measurements, budget, and design preferences. If you already have your design ready, you can send us the drawing for assessment by our design team.
Design And
Sales Contract
Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, our company’s design team will create a custom hinged doors closet design. We will send you the design in 2D or 3D drawings. Along the design, materials information, a quotation and cost breakdowns will be sent. If you have your own design, we will send you a quotation after clarifying all requirements with you. Once the final design and pricing is reviewed and approved, a sales contract will be signed.
Manufacturing And Delivery
With the order finalized and measurements confirmed, the manufacturing process begins. It usually takes us around 30 to 45 days to finish production. When the production is finished and all the quality inspection has been conducted during and after production, the finished product will be packaged and shipped to you.
Solid Wood With Paint Or Stain Finish
Solid wood is a popular and versatile material for wardrobes. The Wardrobe can be constructed entirely from natural solid wood, or in combination with engineered wood with natural veneer carcass. These stable and durable engineered woods are typically plywood or medium density fiberboard (MDF) with natural wood veneer, providing the authentic appearance and texture of natural wood in a more cost-effective way compared to solid wood. They can be finished in different stains or paints to match different interior styles.
The painted engineered MDF wood is mainly used for the wardrobe door panels in combination with melamine laminated engineered wood for the cabinet body.
