Door Construction

The door leaf is built with a 45 mm solid fir wood border frame and a semi-solid core made from fir wood strips. An 8 mm MDF crossband with 0.5 mm natural oak veneer is applied to the door surface, providing a stable base for the veneer finish and allowing different grain arrangements to be achieved.

For this model, the oak veneer is finished in dark grey. Crown-grain oak is used on the left and right sections of the door, while the centre section features vertically embossed oak veneer. This combination of grain direction and surface texture creates the distinctive appearance of the door.

The door edges are finished with solid oak wood lipping, with matching oak veneer available as an option. The door frame is made from solid meranti wood with matching oak veneer and acoustic gaskets. The frame is finished with wood stain and matte polyurethane, while the MDF architrave is finished with matching oak veneer.

Door Hardware

The door can be supplied with a coordinated hardware package, including handles, locks and concealed hinges. Hardware styles and finishes can be selected according to the design of the project. Factory machining of the door leaf and frame allows the required hardware positions and openings to be prepared accurately before delivery.
