Sliding table

The heavy-duty sliding table is constructed from anodized high-density aluminum alloy, formed into multi-chamber extruded profiles, providing exceptional strength and stability to handle heavy loads. Its system features hardened steel guides and large prismatic rollers, precisely processed to ensure a perfect fit for smooth operation and maximum cutting accuracy. Available in three optional lengths—3000 mm, 3200 mm, and 3800 mm—it offers versatility to suit a variety of cutting needs while maintaining impeccable performance.

Rip fence

The heavy rip fence glides smoothly with exceptional precision, supported by a dual system of steel round rods and track ball bearings. This design allows for easy manual positioning to the desired location. The sliding table saw includes a standard manual micrometric adjustment with 0.1 mm precision for fine-tuned accuracy. When not in use, the fence can be effortlessly flipped to the side of the table, freeing up the surface for other tasks.

Saw unit 

The saw unit is crafted from nodular cast iron, offering superior strength and toughness compared to grey cast iron. This robust material ensures exceptional stability and vibration-free operation. Key components of the saw unit undergo high-precision CNC machining, guaranteeing smooth linear movement and precise tilting to the exact required angle. Integrated dust collection chambers enhance efficiency, keeping the workspace clean. Designed for durability, this maintenance-free structure ensures reliable performance for many years of operation.

Hand wheels & control panel

The saw features a front-positioned handwheel for easy manual control of the main saw blade's rise and fall. The scoring blade height is electrically powered and adjusted through the control panel, offering precise control. A digital readout displays the scoring blade height, providing added convenience and accuracy during operation.

Body frame 

The machine boasts an innovative patented design, with a frame constructed from 6 mm and 10 mm thick steel tubes and plates. These components are precisely processed using advanced laser cutting and welding techniques, resulting in a robust structure with outstanding torsion resistance and vibration-damping capabilities. This design ensures exceptional stability and optimal cutting performance.

Saw table 

The saw table, like the saw unit, is crafted from nodular cast iron for superior strength and vibration resistance. Its perfectly flat surface is achieved through precision milling, ensuring accuracy and stability. A unique microgroove texture minimizes friction, enabling the workpiece to glide effortlessly during operation, enhancing both ease of use and cutting precision.

Installation dimensions 

Cross-cut fence flip stops

The crosscut fence includes two flip stops with fine adjustment capabilities and a magnifier readout on a slanted scale for improved visibility and accuracy. Designed for versatility, the fence and stops can be utilized on both sides along the entire length of the fence. For enhanced precision, an optional digital readout can be integrated into the fence, offering precise measurements and streamlined operation.

Scoring unit

The scoring unit is driven by a 0.75 kW motor, providing independent operation for enhanced flexibility. The blade height can be conveniently adjusted electrically through the control panel, while the lateral adjustment is manually controlled for precise positioning, ensuring accurate scoring for optimal results.

Safeguard hood

The safeguard hood is mounted on the riving knife to ensure a safe and clean working environment. It is compatible with saw blades up to 400 mm in diameter and supports a maximum cutting height of 100 mm.
