Outrigger table (cross-cut miter fence)
The robust outrigger table, reinforced by a sturdy telescopic arm, provides excellent support for both small and large workpieces, ensuring smooth, precise, and effortless operation. The squaring frame features an extendable telescopic crosscut-miter fence, which allows for crosscuts and miter cuts at angles from 0 to 45 degrees. Its dual flip-over stops enable easy adjustment for use on either side.

Features and details
Sliding table
The heavy-duty sliding table is engineered from anodized high-density aluminum alloy, extruded into multi-chamber profiles for outstanding strength and stability under heavy loads. Its advanced sliding system incorporates hardened steel guides and precision-crafted prismatic rollers, ensuring smooth movement and exceptional cutting accuracy. Available in three lengths—3000 mm, 3200 mm, and 3800 mm—this sliding table is built to meet the demands of professional woodworking with unmatched reliability and precision.
Overhead saw gurad
An optional overhead saw guard is available, featuring a robust swinging arm positioned over the sliding table and saw blade. This design ensures flexible movement of the guard for enhanced safety and effective dust collection. The guard accommodates both 90-degree and tilted angles, supporting a maximum cutting height of 100 mm, making it a versatile addition to the saw system.
Saw unit
The saw unit is constructed from nodular cast iron, offering superior strength and toughness compared to grey cast iron. This ensures exceptional stability and vibration-free performance. Key components are precision-machined using high-accuracy CNC technology, allowing for smooth linear movements and precise tilting of the unit to the exact required angle. Integrated dust collection chambers enhance efficiency, keeping the workspace clean. Designed for durability, this maintenance-free structure is built to deliver reliable performance over many years of operation.
Hand wheels & control panel
The saw is equipped with two handwheels located at the front of the panel saw, along the sliding table, allowing for easy manual control of the rise and fall, as well as the tilting angle of the main saw blade. The tilting angle, adjustable from 0 to 45 degrees, is displayed digitally for added convenience. The height of the scoring blade is powered and controlled electrically from the control panel for precise adjustments.
Body frame
The machine frame features an innovative, patented design crafted from 6mm and 10mm thick steel tubes and plates. These components are processed with precise laser cutting and high-quality welding to create an exceptionally sturdy structure. This design ensures outstanding torsion resistance and vibration-damping properties, delivering superior cutting performance and precision.
Saw table
Similar to the saw unit, the saw table is made of nodular cast iron, providing enhanced strength and excellent vibration resistance. The surface is precision-milled to achieve a perfectly flat finish, while unique microgrooves are formed to reduce friction. This texture ensures smooth gliding of the workpiece, improving ease of operation and precision during cuts.
Rip fence
The heavy rip fence moves smoothly with high precision, supported by dual steel round rods and track ball bearings, allowing for easy manual positioning to the desired location. A manual micrometric adjustment, with 0.1 mm precision, is standard on our sliding table saw. When not in use, the rip fence can be effortlessly flipped to the side, maximizing the usable surface area of the table.
Cross-cut fence flip stops
The crosscut fence is equipped with two flip stops, each featuring fine adjustments and a magnifier readout on a slanted scale for precise measurements. Both the fence and the stops can be used on either side, allowing for full-length operation. As an option, a digital readout can be added to the fence for even greater accuracy and convenience.
