Sliding table

The heavy-duty sliding table is crafted from anodized, high-density aluminum alloy, extruded into multi-chamber profiles for exceptional strength and stability under heavy loads. Its sliding system features hardened steel guides paired with prismatic large rollers, precision-engineered for smooth operation and maximum cutting accuracy. Available in three lengths—3000 mm, 3200 mm, and 3800 mm—this sliding table delivers reliability and precision for demanding woodworking tasks.

Overhead saw gurad

The optional overhead saw guard features a robust swinging arm positioned over the sliding table and saw blade, ensuring high flexibility and safety. It allows easy movement of the guard in and out while offering effective dust collection. Suitable for 90-degree and tilted angles, it accommodates a maximum cutting height of 100 mm.

Saw arbor 

The 30 mm saw arbor serves as the heart of the machine. Powered by a robust 5.5 kW motor and driven via a poly-V belt, it ensures maximum power transmission efficiency with minimal noise and exceptional stability.

Hand wheels & control panel

The machine features two front-mounted handwheels along the sliding table for manual control of the main saw blade's rise, fall, and tilting angle (0 to 45 degrees), with a digital angle display for added convenience. The scoring blade height is powered and adjusted electrically via the control panel.

Body frame 

The innovative, patented design of the saw frame is constructed from 6mm and 10mm thick steel tubes and plates, processed with precise laser cutting and welding. This results in an exceptionally sturdy structure with superior torsion resistance and vibration-damping properties, ensuring optimal cutting performance.

Saw table 

The saw table, like the saw unit, is made of nodular cast iron for enhanced strength and minimal vibration. Its perfectly flat surface is achieved through precision milling, while microgrooves are formed in a unique texture to reduce friction and enable smooth gliding of the workpiece.

Installation dimensions 

Outrigger table (cross-cut miter fence) 

The robust outrigger table, supported by a strong telescopic arm, provides excellent support for both small and large workpieces, ensuring smooth, precise operation. The squaring frame includes an extendable telescopic crosscut-miter fence, which can be used on both sides by flipping the two flip-over stops. It accommodates crosscuts and miter cuts with angles ranging from 0 to 45 degrees.

Scoring unit

The scoring unit is independently driven by a 0.75 kW motor. The blade height is precisely and easily adjusted electrically via the control panel, while the lateral adjustment is performed manually.

Safeguard hood

The safeguard hood is mounted on the riving knife to ensure a safe and clean environment. It is compatible with saw blades up to 400 mm in diameter and accommodates a maximum cutting height of 100 mm.
