Sliding table

The heavy-duty sliding table is constructed from anodized high-density aluminum alloy, formed into multi-chamber extruded profiles, making the panel saw exceptionally strong and stable under heavy loads. The sliding system features hardened steel guides and large prismatic rollers, precisely engineered to ensure perfect alignment for smooth operation and maximum accuracy, resulting in flawless cuts. It is available in three optional lengths: 3000 mm, 3200 mm, and 3800 mm.

Overhead saw gurad

An optional overhead saw guard is available, featuring a robust swinging arm positioned over the sliding table and saw blade. This design allows the guard to move with high flexibility and ensures enhanced safety, along with effective dust collection. It is suitable for both 90-degree and tilted angles, supporting a maximum cutting height of 100 mm.

Saw unit 

The saw unit is made from nodular cast iron, offering significantly higher strength and toughness than grey cast iron. This provides excellent stability and ensures vibration-free operation. Key components of the saw unit are precision-machined using high-accuracy CNC techniques, guaranteeing smooth linear movement and precise tilting to the exact required angle. The integrated dust collection chambers enhance dust removal efficiency. Designed for high durability and long-term operation, this robust structure requires minimal maintenance.

Workpiece clamp

The manual workpiece clamp can be securely fixed at any position along the length of the sliding table, providing flexibility and ease of use for various workpiece sizes and cutting tasks.

Body frame 

The machine frame features an innovative patented design, constructed from 6mm and 10mm thick steel tubes and plates. These are processed with precise laser cutting and precision welding, resulting in an exceptionally sturdy structure with excellent torsion resistance and vibration-damping properties, ensuring optimal cutting performance.

Saw table 

Like the saw unit, the saw table is made from nodular cast iron, providing enhanced strength and vibration resistance. The surface is precision-machined to ensure perfect flatness, while unique microgrooves are formed to reduce friction, allowing the workpiece to glide smoothly across the table. This design ensures ease of operation and precision during cutting.

Installation dimensions 

Rip fence 

The heavy-duty rip fence slides smoothly with high precision, supported by dual steel round rods and track ball bearings, allowing for easy manual adjustment to the desired position. A manual micrometric adjustment with 0.1 mm precision is standard on the sliding table saw. When not in use, the rip fence can be effortlessly flipped to the side, maximizing the use of the table surface.

Cross-cut fence flip stops

The crosscut fence is equipped with two flip stops, offering fine adjustments and a magnifier read-out on a slanted scale for enhanced visibility. The fence and stops can be used on both sides for the full length of the fence. An optional digital read-out can be added for even greater precision and convenience.

Safeguard hood

The safeguard hood is mounted on the riving knife, providing a safe and clean working environment. It is designed for use with saw blades up to 400 mm in diameter and supports a maximum cutting height of 100 mm.
