Pneumatic edge band roller pressure wheels
The roller pressure wheels are designed to ensure optimal glue bonding between the edge tape and panel. Featuring one large roller and three smaller ones, all driven by independent motors, the system applies precise pneumatic pressure to evenly spread the glue. This results in better glue penetration and a superior bond, enhancing the overall finish and durability of the edge.
End trimming unit
This unit is essential for removing excess edge tape material from the front and rear ends. It features a sharp cutter running on high-precision linear guide rails with an automatic lubrication system. Powered by a high-frequency motor with a rotational speed of 12,000 rpm, this unit ensures superior quality, reliability, and long service life, delivering precise and consistent results.

Sliding table
The heavy duty sliding table is made of anodized high density aluminum allow formed into multi champers extruded profiles, makes it extra strong for heavy loads and provides extra stability. The sliding system is built from hardened steel guides and prismatic large rollers that have been formed through precision processing to ensure prefect matching of the guides and rollers for smooth operation and maximum accuracy for a perfect cut. It comes in three optional lengths: 3000/3200/3800 mm
Rip fence
The heavy rip fence slides smoothly with high precision thanks to the dual support of the steel round rod and the track ball bearings, makes it very easily positioned manually to the desired location. A manual micrometric adjustment is standard in our sliding table saw with 0.1 mm precision. When not in use, it can be effortlessly flipped at the side of he table to make use of the table surface.

Edge Band Insertion unit
**Edge Band Insertion Unit**
The Edge Band Insertion Unit is an automatic infeed device designed to handle coil and strip edge banding materials. It precisely controls the length of the edging, helping to minimize material waste and optimize efficiency during the edge banding process.
Gluing and edging
The Gluing and Edging unit features an automatic hot-melt glue spreading system with an easy-to-change large Teflon-coated glue pot, compatible with various glue materials and colors. It offers fast heating and precise, controllable glue dosage for optimal results. The heating automatically stops when the machine enters an idle state, ensuring energy efficiency.
Rough trimming / Fine trimming
In Rough and Fine Trimming, excess material from the upper and bottom edges of the edge band is trimmed. Flush, beveled, and radius edges can be achieved depending on the type of tape or wooden strip used. Equipped with two high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm, this process can be completed in a single fine trimming pass or split into two stages: rough flush trimming followed by fine trimming, depending on the machine model.
PLC touch screen & control system
This station features a conveniently located touch screen with an on-off button for easy operation. Users can easily select the required station, heating temperature, feeding speed, and other settings directly from the screen, simplifying the setup process for various tasks.

Automatic Single-sided Edge Bander
The Q1S 22 Edgebander is designed for high-quality finishes, featuring a changeable glue pot and fast glue warm-up for efficient operation. Its two successive trimming stations—rough trimming and fine trimming—ensure precision on both the upper and bottom edges, delivering uncompromised results. The Conveyor Belt Device consists of chain and rollers with a rubber-coated pad, providing high precision and stability for material handling
The linear feed is driven by motors with independent frequency inverters, allowing adjustable feeding speeds up to 23 m/min. The Guided Plate Preheating Unit features a 0.22 kW heating station that warms the panel edge surface, removing moisture and enhancing glue spread and penetration for superior bonding and moisture sealing.
