Pre-milling unit
The Pre-Milling Unit is equipped with two large diamond-tipped cutters, driven by two 2.2 kW motors rotating in opposite directions. This stage is essential for achieving a high-quality finish with minimal glue lines, especially when processing laminated sheets. It removes a small amount of the imperfect surface from the panel edge caused by previous saw cuts, providing a perfectly flat, tear-free surface. This ensures optimal glue bonding in the next station and guarantees a flawless end result.
Rough trimming / Fine trimming
At this station, excess material from the upper and bottom edges of the edge band is trimmed. Depending on the type of tape or wooden strip used, flush, beveled, and radius edges can be achieved. The station is equipped with two high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm, ensuring precise and efficient trimming for a smooth finish.
PLC touch screen control system
This unit features a user-friendly interface with an on-off button conveniently located for easy access. It allows for easy selection of the required stations, heating temperature, feeding speed, and other settings directly from the touch screen, simplifying the setup and operation for various tasks.

Sliding table
The heavy duty sliding table is made of anodized high density aluminum allow formed into multi champers extruded profiles, makes it extra strong for heavy loads and provides extra stability. The sliding system is built from hardened steel guides and prismatic large rollers that have been formed through precision processing to ensure prefect matching of the guides and rollers for smooth operation and maximum accuracy for a perfect cut. It comes in three optional lengths: 3000/3200/3800 mm
Rip fence
The heavy rip fence slides smoothly with high precision thanks to the dual support of the steel round rod and the track ball bearings, makes it very easily positioned manually to the desired location. A manual micrometric adjustment is standard in our sliding table saw with 0.1 mm precision. When not in use, it can be effortlessly flipped at the side of he table to make use of the table surface.

Pneumatic edge band roller pressure wheels
The 4-roller set of one big roller and three smaller ones, driven by independent motor, with pneumatic pressure force is applied on the edge band to ensure even spreading of the glue along the surface with better penetration of the glue into the panel edge for ultimate edge tap to panel edge bonding.
End trimming unit
This station is necessary to remove excess material of the edge tape at the front and rare ends. Equipped with sharp cutter running on wide-type high precision linear guide rails with automatic lubricated system, driven by a high frequency motor with rotational speed of 12,000 rpm, to ensure superior quality, reliability and long service life.
Gluing and edging
The Automatic Hot-Melt Glue Spreading Unit features an easy-to-change, large Teflon-coated glue pot, capable of working with various glue materials and colors. It offers fast glue heating and precise, controllable glue dosage for optimal application on the panel edge. The heating system automatically shuts off when the machine enters an idle state, enhancing energy efficiency.
