Loading disc

The Loading Disc is conveniently positioned at the front of the machine to process coiled edge material, accommodating thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 3 mm and heights between 10 to 60 mm, ensuring smooth material handling during production.

Guided plate preheating unit

The Guided Plate Preheating unit features a 0.22 kW heating station that warms the panel edge surface, removing moisture. This enhances glue spread and penetration, ensuring better bonding and moisture sealing for stronger, more durable results.

Pneumatic edge band roller pressure wheels

The Pneumatic Edge Band Roller Pressure Wheels consist of a 4-roller set, including one large roller and three smaller ones, all driven by independent motors. Pneumatic pressure ensures even glue distribution along the edge, improving glue penetration and providing superior bonding between the edge tape and panel.

Conveyor belt device

The device features a chain and roller system with a rubber-coated pad for precise, stable grip on the workpiece. Driven by motors with independent frequency inverters, the linea feeding speed is adjustable, with a maximum speed of 23 m/min.

End trimming unit 

This station is designed to remove excess edge tape material from the front and rear ends. It features a sharp cutter running on high-precision linear guide rails with an automatic lubrication system. Driven by a high-frequency motor with a rotational speed of 12,000 rpm, it ensures superior quality, reliability, and long service life.

Rough trimming / Fine trimming 

In rough and fine trimming, the station removes excess material from the upper and bottom edges of the edge band. It handles flush, beveled, and radius edges, depending on the tape or wooden strip used. Equipped with two high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm, this stage can be performed in a single fine trimming pass or split into two stages: rough flush trimming followed by fine trimming, depending on the machine model.

Scraping unit 

In the scraping unit, knives are used to scrape and remove marks left by previous cutting and milling operations, ensuring a perfect finish. It also fine-tunes radius corners of the edges. The unit is easy to set up and can be excluded when scraping is not required.

Digital readout  

The Digital Readout allows precise horizontal positioning for each station, as well as the edge tape thickness (except for the buffing unit). It provides a high-accuracy numerical display, ensuring easy and accurate setup for optimal performance.

PLC touch screen & control system

This unit features a user-friendly interface with an on-off button conveniently positioned for easy access. It allows simple selection of the required stations, heating temperature, feeding speed, and other settings directly from the touch screen, streamlining operation and enhancing efficiency.
