Loading disc

Located at the front of the machine, the loading disc efficiently processes coiled edge material ranging from 0.4 to 3 mm in thickness and 10 to 60 mm in height, ensuring smooth and accurate feeding for the edging process.

Guided plate preheating unit

**Guided Plate Preheating Unit**  
The 0.22 kW heating station warms the surface of the panel edge, effectively removing moisture. This process enhances the spread and penetration of the glue, ensuring superior bonding and moisture sealing for a stronger, more durable finish.

Pneumatic edge band roller pressure wheels

The set features four rollers, including one large and three smaller ones, each driven by an independent motor. Pneumatic pressure is applied to ensure even distribution of glue across the edge band, promoting better glue penetration into the panel edge for optimal bonding between the edge tape and the panel.

Conveyor belt device

The conveyor belt device consists of a chain and rollers with a rubber-coated pad, ensuring precise and stable gripping of the workpiece. The linear feed is powered by motors with independent frequency inverters, allowing for adjustable feeding speeds, with a maximum speed of 23 m/min for efficient material handling.

End trimming unit 

The end trimming unit removes excess edge tape material from the front and rear ends of the workpiece. It is equipped with sharp cutters running on high-precision linear guide rails with an automatic lubrication system. Powered by a high-frequency motor rotating at 12,000 rpm, this station ensures superior quality, reliability, and a long service life.

Rough trimming / Fine trimming 

This station trims excess material from the upper and bottom edges of the edge band. It accommodates flush, beveled, and radius edges depending on the type of tape or wood used. Equipped with two high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm, the process can be performed in a single fine trimming pass or split into two stages—rough flush trimming followed by fine trimming—depending on the machine model.

Scraping unit 

 The scraping unit ensures a perfect finish by using knives to remove marks left by previous cutting and milling operations. It also fine-tunes radius corners of the edges. The unit is easy to set up and can be excluded when scraping is not necessary.

Digital readout  

All horizontal positioning of each station, as well as the thickness of the edge tape (except for the buffing unit), can be easily set up using a high-quality numerical readout. This system provides precise displacement and ensures accurate positioning for optimal results.

Gluing and edging

The automatic hot-melt glue spreading unit features an easy-to-change, large Teflon-coated glue pot that works with various glue materials and colors. It ensures fast glue heating and precise glue dosage on the panel edge for optimal results. The heating automatically stops when the machine enters an idle state, enhancing energy efficiency.

Edge Band Insertion unit

This automatic infeed device is designed for coil and strip edge banding materials. It controls the length of the edging and helps reduce material waste, ensuring precise and efficient application for optimal results.
