Contour corner trimming
This station is designed for achieving a perfect finish by rounding and smoothing the four corners of the workpiece edges. It uses high-frequency motors for high-speed operation, allowing for seamless corner trimming on any selected side. The machine's main setups remain unchanged, making it easy and convenient to switch between different functions without re-adjusting the machine speed.
PLC touch screen control system
The PLC touch screen control system is conveniently positioned for easy access, featuring an on-off button for quick operation. It allows users to easily select the required station, adjust the heating temperature, feeding speed, and other settings for specific tasks, streamlining the machine's operation and ensuring optimal performance.

Sliding table
The heavy duty sliding table is made of anodized high density aluminum allow formed into multi champers extruded profiles, makes it extra strong for heavy loads and provides extra stability. The sliding system is built from hardened steel guides and prismatic large rollers that have been formed through precision processing to ensure prefect matching of the guides and rollers for smooth operation and maximum accuracy for a perfect cut. It comes in three optional lengths: 3000/3200/3800 mm
Rip fence
The heavy rip fence slides smoothly with high precision thanks to the dual support of the steel round rod and the track ball bearings, makes it very easily positioned manually to the desired location. A manual micrometric adjustment is standard in our sliding table saw with 0.1 mm precision. When not in use, it can be effortlessly flipped at the side of he table to make use of the table surface.

Guided plate preheating unit
**Guided Plate Preheating Unit**
The 0.22 kW heating station warms the surface of the panel edge, effectively removing moisture. This process enhances the spread and penetration of the glue, ensuring superior bonding and moisture sealing for a stronger, more durable finish.
Pneumatic edge band roller pressure wheels
The set features four rollers, including one large and three smaller ones, each driven by an independent motor. Pneumatic pressure is applied to ensure even distribution of glue across the edge band, promoting better glue penetration into the panel edge for optimal bonding between the edge tape and the panel.
Conveyor belt device
The conveyor belt device consists of a chain and rollers with a rubber-coated pad, ensuring precise and stable gripping of the workpiece. The linear feed is powered by motors with independent frequency inverters, allowing for adjustable feeding speeds, with a maximum speed of 23 m/min for efficient material handling.
End trimming unit
The end trimming unit removes excess edge tape material from the front and rear ends of the workpiece. It is equipped with sharp cutters running on high-precision linear guide rails with an automatic lubrication system. Powered by a high-frequency motor rotating at 12,000 rpm, this station ensures superior quality, reliability, and a long service life.
Rough trimming / Fine trimming
This station trims excess material from the upper and bottom edges of the edge band. It accommodates flush, beveled, and radius edges depending on the type of tape or wood used. Equipped with two high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm, the process can be performed in a single fine trimming pass or split into two stages—rough flush trimming followed by fine trimming—depending on the machine model.
Gluing and edging
The automatic hot-melt glue spreading unit features an easy-to-change, large Teflon-coated glue pot that works with various glue materials and colors. It ensures fast glue heating and precise glue dosage on the panel edge for optimal results. The heating automatically stops when the machine enters an idle state, enhancing energy efficiency.

Automatic Single-sided Edgebander
The Q1E 26 is a heavy-duty edge banding machine featuring a solid frame and modern design, ensuring reliability and fast performance. Capable of processing wooden boards at speeds of up to 23m/min, it includes a rounding station for corners, reducing the need for further processing and enhancing the finish.
