Saw unit
The saw unit is constructed from nodular cast iron, offering superior strength and toughness compared to grey cast iron. This enhances the machine's stability and ensures it operates without vibration. High-precision CNC machining of key components guarantees smooth and accurate movement. Designed for exceptional durability, this robust structure is built for many years of reliable operation.
Rip fence
The heavy-duty rip fence glides smoothly with high precision, supported by dual steel round rods and track ball bearings, allowing for easy manual positioning. A manual micrometric adjustment with 0.1 mm precision is standard in our sliding table saw. When not in use, the rip fence can be effortlessly flipped to the side of the table, maximizing workspace.

Sliding table
The heavy-duty sliding table is constructed from anodized high-density aluminum alloy, formed into multi-chamber extruded profiles, providing exceptional strength for heavy loads and enhanced stability. The sliding system features hardened steel guides and large prismatic rollers, precision-processed to ensure perfect alignment for smooth operation and maximum cutting accuracy. The table is available in three optional lengths: 3000 mm, 3200 mm, and 3800 mm.
Handwheels & control panel
The saw is equipped with handwheels at the front of the panel saw, allowing for manual control of the main saw blade's rise and fall. The height of the scoring blade is powered and controlled electrically from the control panel, with a digital readout to display the blade height for precise adjustments.
Body frame
The machine frame boasts an innovative, patented design made from 6mm and 10mm thick steel tubes and plates. These components undergo precise laser cutting and high-quality welding to form an exceptionally robust structure. This design provides excellent torsion resistance and vibration-damping properties, ensuring superior cutting performance and precision.
Saw table
Similar to the saw unit, the saw table is constructed from nodular cast iron for enhanced strength and vibration resistance. Precision milling machining creates a perfectly flat surface, while a unique microgroove texture is formed to reduce friction, allowing for smooth and easy gliding of the workpiece.
Cross-cut fence flip stops
The crosscut fence is equipped with two flip stops, offering fine adjustments and a magnifier read-out on a slanted scale. The fence and stops are fully usable on both sides for the entire length of the fence. An optional digital read-out can be added for even greater precision.
Outrigger table (cross-cut miter fence)
The robust outrigger table, supported by a heavy-duty telescopic arm, provides excellent support for both small and large workpieces, ensuring smooth and precise operation. The squaring frame features an extendable telescopic crosscut-miter fence, which can be used on both sides by easily flipping the two flip-over stops. This setup allows for accurate crosscuts and miter cuts at angles ranging from 0 to 45 degrees.
