Pre-milling unit
The pre-milling unit is equipped with two large diamond-tipped cutters, each driven by a 2.2 kW motor rotating in opposite directions. This stage is essential when high-quality finishes with minimal glue lines are required, especially when processing laminated sheets. The pre-milling process removes a thin layer of the imperfect surface left by previous saw cuts, eliminating any rough edges or tears. This results in a perfectly flat panel edge, ready to accept glue for seamless bonding with edge bands in the subsequent station, ensuring a flawless final result.
Preheating unit
The preheating unit, with a 0.22 kW heating station, warms the surface of the panel edge to eliminate moisture. This process enhances the spread and penetration of glue into the workpiece, ensuring better glue bonding and effective moisture sealing for a stronger and more durable finish.
Digital readout
The digital readout allows for precise horizontal positioning of each station, as well as the adjustment of edge tape thickness (except for the buffing unit). It provides an accurate numerical display, ensuring easy and highly accurate setup for optimal performance and consistent results.

Sliding table
The heavy duty sliding table is made of anodized high density aluminum allow formed into multi champers extruded profiles, makes it extra strong for heavy loads and provides extra stability. The sliding system is built from hardened steel guides and prismatic large rollers that have been formed through precision processing to ensure prefect matching of the guides and rollers for smooth operation and maximum accuracy for a perfect cut. It comes in three optional lengths: 3000/3200/3800 mm
Rip fence
The heavy rip fence slides smoothly with high precision thanks to the dual support of the steel round rod and the track ball bearings, makes it very easily positioned manually to the desired location. A manual micrometric adjustment is standard in our sliding table saw with 0.1 mm precision. When not in use, it can be effortlessly flipped at the side of he table to make use of the table surface.

Gluing and edging unit
This unit features an automatic hot-melt glue spreading system with a large, easy-to-change Teflon-coated glue pot, compatible with various glue materials and colors. It offers fast glue heating and allows for precise control of glue dosage on the panel edge, ensuring optimal bonding results. The heating is automatically turned off when the machine enters an idle state, enhancing energy efficiency.
Pneumatic edge band roller pressure wheels
The roller pressure wheels consist of a set of four rollers—one large and three smaller—driven by independent motors. Pneumatic pressure is applied to ensure even distribution of glue along the edge band, facilitating better penetration into the panel edge. This results in optimal bonding between the edge tape and the panel, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
Conveyor belt device
The conveyor belt device features a chain and roller system with a rubber-coated pad for secure grip and high precision in handling the workpiece. The linear feed is powered by motors with independent frequency inverters, allowing for adjustable feeding speeds, with a maximum speed of 23 m/min, ensuring efficient and stable material transport.
End trimming unit
This unit is designed to remove excess edge tape material from the front and rear ends of the panel. It is equipped with sharp cutters running on wide-type high-precision linear guide rails, featuring an automatic lubrication system for smooth operation. The unit is driven by a high-frequency motor with a rotational speed of 12,000 rpm, ensuring superior quality, reliability, and a long service life.
Rough trimming / Fine trimming
This station is designed to trim excess material from the upper and bottom edges of the edge band. It allows for flush, beveled, or radius edges, depending on the type of tape or wood strip used. The unit is equipped with two high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm. Depending on the machine model, this operation can be completed in a single fine trimming pass or split into two stages: rough flush trimming followed by fine trimming, ensuring a precise and clean edge finish.
Scraping unit
The scraping unit ensures a flawless finish by using knives to remove any marks left from previous cutting and milling operations. It can also fine-tune the radius corners of the edges for a smooth, polished result. The unit is easy to set up and can be excluded from the process when scraping is not required, offering flexibility in operation.
Contour corner trimming
This station is designed to round and smooth the four corners of the workpiece edges, enhancing the finished product's appearance. Using high-frequency motors for high-speed operation, it efficiently handles corner trimming without requiring a re-setup of the machine's speed. This allows for easy switching between different functions while maintaining the same primary machine settings for convenience and consistency.
PLC touch screen & control system
The PLC touch screen and control system is designed for ease of use, with an on-off button placed in a convenient position. It allows users to effortlessly select the required stations for a specific task, adjust the heating temperature, feeding speed, and other settings directly from the touch screen, simplifying the setup and operation process for optimal efficiency.
Buffing unit
The buffing unit is designed for ABS and PVC edge materials, cleaning and polishing the edges and corners to achieve a super clean and smooth finish. This process enhances the appearance by preserving the original color, ensuring a high-quality, refined edge that maintains its visual appeal.
